Mixed Resting-State Scans with Volumes 210 and 165
Hello,
I'm analyzing about 130 resting-state scans with CONN toolbox. About half of them have 165 volumes, and the half have 210 volumes because our lab changed the scan protocol once. Can I analyze scans with different volumes? If not, is there a way I could select the first 165 volumes of every scan on CONN to keep them aligned? I don't want to get rid of any half of the scans, which may decrease the statistical power. I really appreciate the help!
Thanks,
Jianing
