Using LONI40 Probabilistic Atlas on Conn
Dear Conn developers,
I am trying use LONI40 Probabilistic Atlas on Conn for my data analysis.
The atlas has been successfully added to my conn/rois folder but the .txt file I created for Roi labels, no matter how many combinations(?) of formats I try, wouldn't be recognized by the program.
The error I see on MATLAB is this:
Warning: file C:\~~\lpba.txt format not recognized
number of lines in .txt labels file = 56, maximum ROI index in nifti image file = 182 (this is not a [ROI_LABEL] format .txt file)
number of lines not starting with a number = 56, number of commented lines = 0 (this is not a [ROI_NUMBER ROI_LABEL] or FreeSurfer format .txt file)
My text file, as suggested, has the same name as the atlas, I've tried just having [ROI_LABEL] format in the text file, as well as [ROI_NUMBER ROI_LABEL] format.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance!!!
Regards,
Wendy
