Thanks for your post, though I thought these value will not change a lot. I usually used the second beta value in Conn directly for further analysis. But if your are familiar with spm fMRI, you can use first level beta image to do second level analysis in spm fmri gui. Then you can use marsbar to extract the adjusted beta value.
