RE: How to extract connectivity values (ROI-to-ROI between groups) for every group even if the difference is not significant?
Dear Alfonso,
I have the same question with this friend and I also wonder if conn can extract the r value in
the dyn-ICA and what does this r value stand for(the average value of every time series? ). At the same time, if
I want to explore the correlation between "scale scores " and the connectivity of " patient" group, can it realization in conn using dyn-ICA as the connectivity of " patient" group is dynamic in each time point while the "scale scores "are constant.
Hope to hearing from you soon!
