Thanks for your response, perhaps i have framed my question in a wrong way, i am not into investigating whole brain connectome, i only want ROI-ROI effects for a sample of selected ROI's. My concern is that when i selected a sample of ROI's instead of whole brain connectome, i do not see ROI effects associated with selected seed  and all other ROI's in a connectome ring , i see a blank display.
