RE: Exporting ICA 2nd level covariates in CONN 20.a
Hi Melanie,
Right, sorry about that, they are still there but they are not shown just to avoid cluttering that GUI display. If you want to save those variables to a file, you may run the command:
conn_export2cov
and that will prompt you to select the second-level covariates that you want to save (including those ICA variables) and the filename you will want to save those variables to.

In the previous conn versions all of the variability and frequency metrics were automatically populated in the 2nd level covariates tab after running ICA analysis, however in the new 20.a version I can't seem to find a way to export them. Was the function disabled?
