RE: CONN compatibility with BIDS and fmriprep output
Dear padma,
I suppose that is an option, but also seems cumbersome if we have to convert the .tsv files to .txt for a large number of subjects (eg. 100+). Through the Import.fromBIDSdataset option using the GUI, it seems CONN is able to properly import all the covariates. But I am not sure how it is doing so, and I am not sure how to properly use the conn_importBIDS function in batch script.
Best,
Lillian
