That is strange, perhaps you do not have any ROIs defined (or perhaps all of your ROIs have been entered in the 'confounds' list during denoising)? If none of these, please send me your conn_*.mat file and I will take a quick look to see if that helps me figure out why 1st-level analyses are not running correctly.

The message above is the one I got after running conn_process(15).
Again, briefly explain what I have done so far: ran first-level analysis ROI-to-ROI only with schaefer 200 yeo17 and it give an error message that I posted yesterday.
