matrix of TFCE values from ROI-to-ROI analysis
Dear all
I need to know what interactions are significate in an ROI-to-ROI analysis. This is easy when I used the parametric threshold, in the second level, the summary variable shows the connectivity matrix with p values. However, I interest in the TFCE's correction, but I did not found the TFCE values or the threshold for the comparison. It is possible to extract these values for every interaction between ROIs despite the correction by clusters on TFCE.
