Hi Donald,

Thank you for sharing your amazing toolbox! I have been testing it out over the past few days in SPM12, and I've had a bit of trouble with the attention tutorial. Everything runs smoothly, but my final outputs are quite different from the ones you provided.

After some investigation, I was able to conclude that the key factor driving the differences between the two outputs was the VOI_2 timeseries. When comparing the one provided within your solutions folder and the one produced by SPM12, each data-point was different by 0.3-0.4. Additionally, I downloaded SPM8 and processed the dataset, and the timeseries files and data points aligned. Is there something within SPM12 that might be causing this difference?

Thanks,
Robby

Hi Robby,

Do you mean running gPPI code from the command line or doing PPI in SPM8 vs SPM12? Once I know exactly what you are using, I might be able to identify the differences.

For example, mean-centering the psychological vector is not done in gPPI, but is done in SPM12.

Thanks,
Donald
