RE: fMRIPrep import error
Hi Yoonji Lee,

My impression is that perhaps is the _cohort*_ segment that may be throwing CONN off, as I am not sure if that is part of BIDS specification (?) I would probably suggest perhaps trying removing that portion from the filenames and seeing whether that seems to fix this issue.

Hope this helps

I'm trying to import from fMRIPrep dataset which has the structure of :

sub-001_ses-T1_space-MNIPediatricAsym_cohort-4_res-2_desc-brain_mask.nii

sub-001_ses-T1_space-MNIPediatricAsym_cohort-4_res-2_label-WM_probseg_T1w.nii
  ...
func/
sub-001_ses-T1_task-rest_desc-confounds_timeseries.tsv
sub-001_ses-T1_
task-rest_space-MNIPediatricAsym_cohort-4_res-2_desc-brain_mask.nii

sub-001_ses-T1_task-rest_space-MNIPediatricAsym_cohort-4_res-2_desc-preproc_bold.nii
sub-001_ses-T1_task-rest_space-MNIPediatricAsym_cohort-4_res-2_desc-preproc_bold_TRIM_despike_32_Reg.nii
...

When I import the directory, it successfully detects the folder and the matched files, but the panel that's supposed to show the BIDS subjects and functional files are empty. Why would this be?
