Hi Alfonso (and other CONN experts),

I am trying to run preprocessing of resting-state fMRI data through the latest version of CONN and would like to remove the first 4 volumes of the data to be sure it is excluded for all further processing and analyses, included analyses outside of CONN. 

Is there a way to achieve this? From reviewing previous threads, the suggestion of Setup.functional.functional tools does not seem viable as the newest version no longer has an option to remove initial scans.

To be clear, I am looking to remove those scans prior to preprocessing steps so they will be excluded from all output files. I tried including the remove scan step to the preprocessing pipeline as the first item followed by the default preprocessing steps, but was not queried as to how many initial volumes to remove.

Any insights would be helpful.
