network-edges one-sided positive
Hi Alfonso,
I'm performing a graph-theory analyses with conn using a specified set of ROIs. In the GUI with the network edges option there is a button with one-sided positive, one-sided negative and two-sided.
Unfortunately, I could not find any description (even in the mailing list) what this options mean. Dose it have something to do with the directionality of the connectivity (uni-directional, bidirectional). The exported values are quite different using different settings (one-sided positive versus one-sided negative). What is the default? In the conn manual on page 29 it seems that one-sided positive is the defualt. Please clarify this issue.
Best
Ralf
