Good morning,

I am currently running into a problem with the generation of the BVALS and BVECS files associated with a set of dcm images. Perhaps i am a tad misguided but i was under the impression that the bash call:
dcm2niix -f %p ASSOCIATED_DIR_OF_DCM
created those files. i have used a similar function call with AXIAL_dti analysis and the associated bvals and bvecs files are created.
