Hello, I'm re-posting this as I did not get a reply last year.  Again, is it possible to set up the toolbox to simple non-connectivity analyses (e.g., traditional within-voxel task based fMRI) in the conn toolbox?  I realize there are obviously other tools for this.  But, the interface is great, and it seems ideal to be able to run say a seed based gPPI as well a corresponding traditional analysis with the same tool. Maybe there is an obvious way to do this though?  Thanks for the input! JP
