Additionally, I would like to test the interactions between Group and Emotion. For this reason, I opted for a 2x2 Repeated Measures ANOVA. The design matrix that I used is (I suppose that each group has 2 subjects: ASD->1, Control->-1):

More particularly, I would like to test: ASD~=CT and Angry~=Happy with an F-test ('~=' means 'not equal to').

Also, I would like to test with 4 separate t-tests:
ASD>CT when Angry>Happy
ASD>CT when Angry ASDHappy
ASD
What contrasts can I use for these comparisons?


Lastly, I use exchange blocks for this statistical test:
[1;1;2;2;3;3;4;4]
