Hi,
The "ROI-labels: edit Group label" option is meant only for changing the labels/names of the clusters, if you want instead to change the procedure used to define these clusters (i.e. which ROIs are grouped into each cluster) you can do that by clicking on the option that reads 'ROIs sorted using hierarchical clustering' and select there instead the option 'Manually define ROI order/groups'.
