gPPI error: Source not found
I've loaded my structural and functional data from an FMRIPrep
dataset, as well as ROI I generated, went through Setup, then
Denoising, then added gPPI in the 1st-level analysis. Selected the
two conditions I'm interested in, clicked Done, things whir, then I
get an error 'Source L_FusiForm not found. Please re-run
first-level analysis or select a different first-level analysis to
continue'.
If I take L_FusiForm out of the list of selected ROI, the error occurs on the next ROI.
ROI are defined from cluster peak data generated using Nipype. They are all within the brain, and in MNI coordinates. They are 8mm spheres created using a binary MNI brain mask. They look fine in FSLeyes.
In Setup, I did select gray matter masking for each ROI.
Any help greatly appreciated!
