RE: Rename ROIs in network template
Hi Rui,

In the ROI-to-ROI results explorer window, click on the 'graphic options' button, that will add a menu to the top of the figure where you can then select 'ROIs. labels: edit ROI labels' in order to re-label those ROIs

(as a related note: if, when importing a new atlas file, CONN finds an associated [filename].txt file, it will use that file to define the labels for the individual ROIs in your atlas file; when that file is not present CONN assigns those 'clusterXXX' labels like the ones you are describing to identify the different ROIs there; see https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=11749 for details)

Best
Alfonso

Hi all,
When using other network template to perform ROIs connectivity, such as the Schaefer2018_100Parcels template, the display of ROIs in the CONN result explorer is like this "Schaefer100_7Networks.clusterXXX"(XXX is the ROI number). My question is how to rename the ROIs in network template to make the display of ROIs name clearer.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can address the above.

Best regards,

Rui
