Using segmented structural image for VBM analysis
Dear Experts,
I am using CONN for resting state fMRI analysis and also use structural MRI. Can I use gray matter images segmented by CONN for VBM analysis in CAT12/SPM12? The resolution of the segmented images by CONN output is 1x1x1. Whereas it is 1.5x1.5x1.5 by SPM12 or CAT12? Should I reslice and coregister the out image or I can use it without reslice and coregister?
I would like to apply the DARTEL method for my VBM analysis. As far as I know (my sincere apology if I am wrong), CONN does not perform DARTEL. Is it possible to get DARTEL output from CONN?
Please provide your suggestions.
Thanks in advance
Ramesh
