RE: first level SBC error
Ok, good luck!

After I responded last night, I realized you had two threads active and seemed to be using fmriprep with some questions about implicit masking. I wasn't sure about the preprocessing and if there were multiple projects going on. I wonder if an issue with the new roi might have something to do with a subject missing data within the roi for some reason. May I ask where the new roi location is, if it is peripheral or near an area that might be eroded in GM mask or removed by CSF/WM regression?

Just some tentative thoughts, but hopefully reprocessing helps. Sometimes during my CONN usage I've encountered errors and just needed to completely begin again in a new project, reimport data and reprocess everything to ensure no errors after manipulating number of rois, subjects, etc.

Also, I think I saw that maybe you are using not the newest version of CONN.

Please do share if you find a solution so we can understand what the problem was.

Best,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your response. The study has 182 participants and all preprocessing is done in CONN. I have re-entered the raw data and ran it through setup and denoting for just that participant, with "overwrite" checked off. What's strange is that it previously ran fine, it's just been since I tried to add a new ROI (which I've now removed) that this error started happening. I'm going to try running setup and denoting on all participants again, and overwrite the results, hoping that will help. I'll send any additional errors I receive as I get them.

Thanks so much,
Alex
