I have baseline and follow-up data processed into the same CONN study and would like to examine mean motion, valid scans and mean global signal for each timepoint and to use timepoint specific QC variables as possible covariates in the analytical models.  Right now, the mean motion, valid scans and global signal QC data are averaged over baseline and follow-up.  How does one generate timepoint specific QC data and have those data entered as secondary covariates?
