RE: Field mapping correction for opposite phase encoded EPIs
Dear Alfonso,

I am trying to do the pre-processing with MRI data acquired from a Phillips scanner. We had our EPI rsMRI data and a reverse phase acquisition.

I have the fieldmaps calculated from topup (FSL) and I uploaded it as a secondary file in CONN (labeled 'fmap'), and I also indicate that it is a pre-computed fieldmap file (in Hz) but I receive this message:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Error using conn_setup_preproc (line 2858)
insufficient information for vdm creation. Skipping subject 1 session 1...

conn @ C:\GBW_MyPrograms\conn

I also get this: Warning: unable to find TotalReadoutTime or BandwidthPerPixelPhaseEncode information

I looked at the json file, and this information is not there (at least not under these terms). Maybe I could enter manually the Total Readout Time? If so, how I could find/calculate this info?

What could be the problem?

Thank you very much in advance,

Geraldine Rodriguez Nieto.
