RE: Double ROI files for each subjeccts
Gentle Reminder.
Dear Experts,
I am using CONN 21b. I need clarification on the ROI files. It has generated 2 ROI files for each subject and name of the ROI files are pasted below.
ROI_Subject001_Condition000.mat
ROI_Subject001_Condition001.mat
The difference in the file name is "000", and "001". I have a question regarding these files. When I correlated the values of these 2 files, they are not exactly matching hih nindicates that they are different files? I am not sure which file contains the denoised timeseries? Which file should I use to extract the timeseries for the comparison with other clinical measures?
Thanks in advance,
Ramesh
