Hey guys!

My brain keeps wrapping around the same problem for a while now and I was hoping some of you could help me. I am not able to grasp the meaning of the results I am getting.

Background:
rs-fMRI, functional connectivity, ROI-to-ROI

Two groups, two conditions:
Group 1 & Group 2
Pre & Post

Second-level analysis:
Between-subjects contrast: [-1 1]
Between-conditions contrast: [-1 1]

Results (exemplary):
ROI 1: R_DefaultA_PFCm
ROI 2: R_SalVentAttnA_PrC
beta = 0.19
T(31) = 4.65
p-unc = 0.000017
p-FDR = 0.002062

My interpretation is: Group 2 shows a significantly higher change in functional connectivity between ROI 1 and ROI 2 from condition "Pre" to condition "Post". This change is an increase in functional connectivity.

Is my assumption correct?
