RE: denoised timeseries saved by default?
Dear Alfonso et al and Lucas,

Though Pravesh has explained excellently all the conn outputs during 2016 (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...), the new version of conn gives addtional output files. For example;

In the Results/preprocessing folder: (as mentioned by Pravesh)
_list_conditions: names of the conditions

DATA_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx,mat ---> voxel level data post denoising
niftiDATA_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.nii ---> nifti file after denoising [check this forum post]
ROI_Subejctxxx_Conditionxxx: same as above, but data is after denoising

additional files in the same folders:
NORMS_Subjectxxx_Sessionxxx.mat
NORMS_Subjectxxx_Sessionxxx.matc
NORMS_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.mat
NORMS_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.matc
niftiNORMS_Subjectxxx_Sessionxxx.nii
vvPCeig_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.mat
vvPC_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.mat
vvPC_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.matc
ROI_Subejct001_Condition000.mat
ROI_Subejct001_Condition001.mat
DATA_Subjectxxx_Condition000.matc
DATA_Subjectxxx_Condition001.mat

In ROI_Subejct001_Condition001.mat file, ther are other variables variables apart from data variable.
data1
data2
fbdata

Here I am getting confution what are the these variables? It will be great help for me if get explanation for these addtional variables.

Thanks
Ramesh
