Hi,

I have collected the data I wanted for my connectivity analyses, but now I want to see how the connectivity values for each subject correlate to subject scores I have for various measures (ie condition severity and other phenotypic assessment scores). Do I do this through the covariate tools tab? I would like to look at these relationships within my subject groups, so I am fairly confident that (proceeding through the calculator tools tab) I would do a between measures contrast... What would that look like? How should I set it up so that I can see if the connectivity between to regions is significantly correlated to a certain measure (ie severity)?
