I am a beginner in CONN. Could you help me with the denoising step?
After running a standard preprocessing the distribution in QA plots looks worse than it was before. Should I try to run this step with derivatives or polynomial expansion? Are there any guidelines if the denoising did not work properly? Now the automatic denoising has 107 scrubbing componts.
This resting state data is coming from children, so it is rather noisy with movement artefacts.
