RE: How to plot the result of each conditions in CONN?
Dear Chenglin,

Yes, you may simply right-click (or command-click if on a Mac) on the stats list at the bottom of that display and select the option 'export effect-sizes' (to save the values used in those barplots and errorbars), or you may also use the option 'export raw data' to save the effect-size values separately for each subject displayed in those results (note: you may need to update to the latest release of CONN to have some of these options available)

Dear Alfonso,

many thanks. I have seen the barplot. may I ask a question further? how can I export the exact value for each bar? I want to plot this figure by myself as I have lots of clusters. i need to design the presentation of each cluster.

Hi Chenglin,

You may just click on the 'plot effects' button (the one with a barplot icon) in the results explorer window to display the effects in each individual condition / levels of your factor separately. That will display a barplot, with 6 bars for each cluster that was found significant in your results, describing the effects separately within each level of your 2x3 design.

I used CONN to investegate the functional connectivity between seed-to-voxel by gPPI. I have reportrf the group results with mian effects and interaction effects, but the reviewer want me to show the results of different levels. for example, I have a factor X  include two levels (A and B), another factor Y include three levels (C, D, E). so in total, I have 6 conditions in the second level analysis. I only can define the contrast for the main effects of factor X and Y, and interaction between X and Y.
so is there any way to show the result of level A, B, C, D, E, respectivetly?

I really need your help, thank you.

Bests,
Chenglin
