I preprocessed my data on CONN and it completed successfully. I can see the preprocessed data in each subjects folder. However, when I go to my "preprocessing" folder under my Matlab/Linux "results" folder, there is no data stored there. How do I get all my preprocessed data moved or copied there? Is there a line of code I can run to perform this?
