Extracting ROI time series
Dear experts,
I try to use conn to preprocess and denoise fmri data. I use the Default preprocessing pipeline and the Default denoising pipeline. The final derived data is dswau*.nii.gz in the primary data set.
1. I want to use a atlas in the FSLMNI152_2mm space to parcellate the data (dswau*.nii.gz) into ROI time series.
I use matlab to write a program to average the time series of all voxels in each ROI. Is it OK?
2. Is the preprocessed functional data in the same space as the FSLMNI152_2mm space? (so that I can directly extract voxels in each ROI for functional data)
3. Does conn has tools to extract the time series of ROIs after denoising?
Thank you very much for your kind consideration and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Yi Zheng
