RE: conn_mesh_display error !?

Hi Abhishek

Sorry about that, the attached patch should fix this issue. Now when an activation map is being displayed/projected on the brain surface, specifying the brain surface color using fh('brain_color',rgb) will only affect the color of the background (no-activation) portion of the brain surface. This patch is for version 22.a, to install this patch simply copy the attached file to the conn distribution folder overwriting the file with the same name there. Let me know if that seems to be working fine now and/or if you run into any other issue.

Best

Alfonso

Hello Alfonso,

I was just wondering if the conn_mesh_display command had an error.

I've been attempting to map the activation mask to the brain surface, however when I change the color of the brain surface, the activations tend to disappear.

I have also tried fh('ud_color',color) from the conn_mesh_display commands on the website as well as with other versions of CONN, but nothing worked so far.

Could you tell me if there is another way to modify the color of the brain surface?

Thank you in advance

Regards,

Abhishek
