RE: denoising settings for gPPI

Dear Lukas,

Sorry for the confusing GUI design here, we changed the way gPPI analyses were defined from previous versions and the GUI still contains some misleading prompts. The way to define gPPI analyses (or any other first-level analysis) is simply to hover over the 'Analyses' list and click on the 'New' button (or click on an empty space in that list). That will bring up a prompt like the one in the example image attached where you can select which type of analysis you would like to define (e.g. gPPI).

Best

Dear Alfonso,

Many thanks for your valuable feedback, I now succesfully completed the denoising step using these options.

I chose seed-to-voxel based analysis since I would like to do a voxel-based gPPI analysis with ROIs as seed and the entire brain (or actually a subset of the voxels within a mask) as the target.

However, contrary to what I expected, I do not see the gPPI option in the analysis type dropdown menu in my first level tab (screenshot attached).

Could you please advise me on how to be able to choose this option? The only thing I can think of would be to choose some extra options prior to running the denoising step, but not sure which ones?

Thanks very much in advance.

Best wishes,

Lukas
