Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly- we are finally getting back to these analyses after too long of a summer break. Can you help me to understand what we put in the text file and where do we put it so that CONN can see it? For example, if the ROI is called LIFG_Sept, then do we write LIFG_Sept.nii in the text file? And where do we put it? I assume that we are correctly following the other procedures in  terms of importing the ROI as a mask at setup to run through denoising and 1st level to get to the second level analyses. But then how do we proceed if we don't use the import mask function? Thanks for your help! We are focused on this project again so will wait patiently for your reply!
