We're conducting an ICC analysis to test the effect of a treatment at rest and on a specific condition (music listening). Subjects underwent a rest run and a music listening run, before and after the treatment. So we have four sessions: (1)treatment rest, (2)no treatment rest, (3)treatment music, (4)no treatment music. In the setup> conditions, we set an identity matrix in which one condition corresponds to each session (1,2,3,4). We would like to test the interaction between the effect of the treatment and the music listening in the within-subject design.
Is the model set right?
Furthermore, in the second-level results how we can visualize
the between-conditions contrasts?
For instance, to see the interaction between the effect of the
treatment (treatment>no treatment) and the music listening
(music>rest) should we set a custom contrast as follows?
-1 0 0 0; 0 1 0 0; 0 0 1 0; 0 0 0 -1
Finally, to see the specific effect of the treatment at rest is it right to set the contrast as follows?
1 0 0 0; 0 -1 0 0; 0 0 0 0; 0 0 0 0
