RE: the results reported by CONN are different from SPM using the same threshold

Hi Zhuang Qian,

That is perhaps due to difference height thresholds? (note that the default settings in CONN would use a two-tailed p<.001 threshold, while in SPM all thresholds are one-tailed; see https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?... and https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?... for more details).

Hope this helps

Alfonso

I have one question need your help. I am doing data analysis in CONN but found that the results reported by CONN are different from SPM (open via the "spm" button in conn results)using the same thresholding.  Could someone help me to explain it?
