Dear Conn Toolbox community,

My goal is to get each participant a frontoparietal network (FPN) map/ica in their coordinate space to overlay their T1 and upload to our tms device.

I took the conn class in the fall to get a bit of an introduction. I have each participant's FPN map, but it is in MNI space (based on the CONN back propagation in first level analyses of the group average FPN).

I'm now struggling to move the individualized FPN map in MNI space back into each person's coordinate space.

Curious if anyone has any guidance. I would be grateful. Thanks for considering!
