RE: merging two conn projects for second level analysis

Hi Meenakshi,

You can remove from the preprocessing pipeline all of the steps that have already finished correctly and simply run the reamining steps (see the thread https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th... for details). To check which steps have finished correctly already look for the sentence "Importing results to CONN project. Saved ... project" in the log, that sentence indicates that one step has finished and CONN is importing the results into your project. In your case, the first step that has not finished correctly (it is not followed by the "importing reuslts to CONN project" sentence) appears to be the 'structural center' step, so that means you can remove from your preprocessing pipeline all of the previous steps and have it continue from that step forward.

Hope this helps

I have started doing it subjects wise, I have taken 25 subjects in a group at once and performed the default preprocessing pipeline. it took around 12-13 hrs to execute (with 8GB RAM, i5, windows). Suddenly due to power fluctuation the process got terminated. I have checked the log file it shows the following lines as the last performed steps-

I am confused now whether should i restart the whole process-  but in that case all the preprocessed files will be processed again. If choose resume then from which preprocessing step should I start with.

I want the whole processing to be done properly as it happens in default pipeline, so that there wont be any missing file error in the denoising or further analysis.

Thank you in advance

Meenakshi
