In my resting state connectivity analysis I am looking at ROIs that I made and imported, but a few subjects are missing one or two of the ROIs. For ROIs that not everyone has, Conn appears to simply not use that ROI for any subjects (i.e. they are not in the ROI selection menu in first level analysis or in the "ROI_SubjectXXX_Condition001.mat" files in results/preprocessing. 

Is there any way to get Conn to use all available ROIs for all subjects?
