I am trying to conduct network analyses using the ROI-to-ROI function and I only want to use nodes from specific networks. I selected those regions in the Seeds/Sources box and in the Targets box but when I run the analyses, they are run on all ROIs in the Seeds/Sources box. How can I limit the analysis only to the ROIs I am interested in?
