I am trying to use NBS and I am finding it difficult to determine which settings to use in terms of the type of correction, connection threshold vs. cluster threshold, and sorting of ROIs. Does anyone have experience using NBS in CONN who could provide some guidance? I have read the Zalesky paper and the manual for the NBS Connectome package in MATLAB but I am not sure how they translate to what is in CONN. Thank you!
