Dear experts,

We are trying to use different criteria to scrub our data. I have written a code to generate matrices using dummy coding for each slice/volume that was identified to be scrubbed, I also named the matrice as "R", like files "scrubbing_sub-C001_ses-baseline_task-rs_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.QC_timeseries".

However, the CONN toolbox doesn't treat the .mat files the same way.  (See the attached picture please)

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have checked my outputs and found some outputs work well in the CONN toolbox.

I found that while the outputs contain fewer columns (e.g. 40), they work well in the CONN toolbox. And for the others with more columns (e.g. more than 200), they look like the attached picture. Does it mean that my script generates correct files, but the CONN toolbox presents them with a different way while too many columns are input?
