Dear Gen,
Sorry, I'm confused about your question
>>> Even when using the same version of the .mat file, I was unable to access it when it was located on the internal server.
Do you mean when you loaded .mat file with the same version of CONN, you were unable to load the .mat file located on the internal several? (e,g, create/save and load the .mat file with the same version of CONN)
If (1) you didn't move any folder or data for the project/analysis. and
(2) while using the same version of CONN for creating and loading a project.mat file, you are unable to load the .mat file located on the internal server on your local PC
I would suspect you may have an issue related to authority on the internal several.
>>> For example, when I try to create a new project and save it to \\brainAAA.ac.jp\project\miura, it gets saved to C:\brainAAA.ac.jp\project\miura instead. I suspect the issue might be caused by the system referencing a different path than the one I specified.
It looks like you created the project while your current directory
of MATLAB is on the C drive.
CONN automatically generates a folder ("conn_***") on the current directory. If you create a project with the current directory of MATLAB on a different local PC instead of the internal server, it won't be possible to load the required data saved in the "conn_***" folder.

Dear Chih-Hao,
Thank you for your response.
Even when using the same version of the .mat file, I was unable to access it when it was located on the internal server. However, I was able to access the .mat file stored locally without any issues. The main problem seems to be that I cannot access the .mat file on the internal server.
This issue did not occur when I was using version 20b.
For example, when I try to create a new project and save it to \\brainAAA.ac.jp\project\miura, it gets saved to C:\brainAAA.ac.jp\project\miura instead. I suspect the issue might be caused by the system referencing a different path than the one I specified.
I apologize if my explanation is unclear, but I would greatly appreciate any insights you may have.
Best regards,
Gen Miura
