gPPI- possible to import first level contrasts into CONN toolbox?
I have already preprocessed the data using fMRIPREP and have generated the first level contrasts using SPM. Is there a way I can skip these steps by importing my contrasts to the CONN GUI to move onto the 2nd level gPPI analysis?
