I was wondering if you could point me to the functions that during denoising compute the FC between random nodes before denoising, and the expected improvement after denoising.

Basically I have done my preprocessing, input the data in CONN and seen how these metrics improve using CONN's denoising pipeline. I wanted know to compare this against a different denoising pipeline, but I will use the same metrics as QC. Unfortunately there is no single module for QC as there is for preprocessing, denoisining, etc; and I was wondering if you could point me to the relevant code. I will then put things together to do quality control with before and after.
