Thanks for your answer. Indeed the script was not reading the TR correctly from the json sidecar. It was assign the value in milliseconds as if it was seconds.

Now I specificy the TR value when calling the module and it is fine.

I do get the this aura around the images in both denoised (regression) and bandpass filter images. I don't get this in the GUI but I am guessing this is because there is no explicit masking suing the module. Just thought I would check that quickly.
