RE: Extracting graph theory measures for individual subjects' data (to later link with behavior): a value per run?

Dear Panagiotis,

Sorry about the ambiguous order in those data, see the following link for details:  https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...

Dear Alfonso, CONN users

Context:
I have run CONN for an intervention study design (with 2 sessions x 2 runs; task-fMRI data), 53 subjects divided into 2 groups (training, control group)

We have an intervention, and I test in the 2nd level model an interaction effect (train > control, lure minus repeats trials, post-training minus pre-training).

Contrast: Lure_Ses2, Reps_Ses2, Lures_Ses1, Reps_Ses1= [1 -1 -1 1]  -> test training-effect interaction ie

I have tested grapth theory measures on the 2nd level GUI, but now i would like to know how I can extract individual subjects data?

Problem:
I exported the .mat files from the graph theory measures results panel, but I notice instead of having a value per subject (ie 53 values), I get 212 (which is 4x times).

I supect those 212 corresponds to each subjects' runs (53 subs x 4 runs each),
but not I am not sure how to identify which run is which and to which subject it corresponds?

Is it that the first 4 rows correspond to the 1st subject, in the order of how the trial types are showing up in the 2nd level panel (and thus defined in the contrast)?  5th-8th rows: 2nd subject's data etc?

Many thanks
Panagiotis
