RE: Guidance on Selecting Correct Output Files for Correlation Plots in CONN SBC Analysis

Hi Maryan,

Could you please clarify what you mean by "correlation plots"? Is the intention to have a display of the actual correlation coefficient values across the whole brain (e.g. displaying it across multiple individual slices of the brain) or is the intention to have a scatterplot of behavioral vs. connectivity values within individual connections or areas?

Best

Hello,

I have conducted SBC analysis for my CONN project. In my second-level analysis, I ran a correlation analysis to examine the relationship between differences in functional connectivity (FC) between two groups and across two conditions within subjects, as well as with behavioral measure scores, by defining a custom contrast.

I am trying to generate correlation plots using the outputs from the second-level results for a specific seed. To do this, I used the corr.hdr and beta.nii files. Could you please advise if I am using the correct files to generate the correlation plot between FC and behavioral measures for each seed region? Additionally, could you point out which output files I should use to generate such a plot?

Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Hi Alfonso,

Thanks for getting back to me, I would like to the have a scatterplot of behavioral vs. connectivity values within individual connections or areas, if that could be possible by using CONN outputs.

I highly appreciate your help.
