I've really enjoyed using CONN, thank you for all your work on it. 

When doing an ROI-to-ROI connectivity analysis, I've gathered from the documentation that ROIs get grouped around the connectogram ring (and grouped for TFCE) according to complete linkage clustering (Sørensen, 1948) with optimal leaf ordering to determine which trees to pick as clusters  (Bar-Joseph et al., 2001). I've been looking in the analysis results folders to find the statistics for both of these steps but cannot seem to identify where they are. For instance, it would be useful to have some sort of measurement of confidence in the optimal leaf ordering. I've looked around in */results/secondlevel/etc but can't see where that might show up. Where might they be located?
