Hello,

I have created 6 ROI (3 per hemisphere), imported them as an annot. file and everything looks fine when viewed in the 3D Conn Setup page (see attached "conn_annot"). 

I then ran the "surface-based analyses (in subject space)," simple denoising, and ROI-to-ROI first-level and group-level analyses.

However, there are 2 issues:

1. When I display the results in the 2nd level analyses, the ROIs appear to be outside of the brain.

2. When I look at the files generated in each step, the ROIs coordinates seem fine except for the group level, where the coordinates for the group correspond to the coordinates of the 2nd subject (see attached file).

Regardless, if the coordinates did not change from the Setup, why are they displayed outside the brain in the Display results but not in the 3D Conn view?
